He finds creative solutions to unique and complex problems, which through his charismatic and conscientious approach enable him to be adaptable when reaching resolutions. In his free time, he enjoys watching films and swimming countless lap and attending local events

Marshall Maxwell has a wealth of industry experience ranging from working with distressed auctions and including residential developers all the way to the opposite end of the spectrum working with commercial brokerage multi-family sales. Marshall has been an avid researcher of the trends in the industry as a whole. He has been in business consulting for the past fourteen years. With his straight forward approach and analytical mind his communication and problem solving strategies will enable him to maximize your return on equity. His leisure time activities include mountain biking and trail running in central Oregon.
